He is Chairman & Managing Director of Kirloskar Systems and Vice Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar Motor. An MIT graduate, Vikram Kirloskar is responsible for partnering with the Toyota Group and starting a major automobile manufacturing company.
Vikram Kirloskar serves on the Govt of India’s Development Council for Automobiles and the National Council for Electric Mobility. He is also President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Past President of the Automotive Research Association of India and the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers. He is also involved in many activities of MIT and has served on its Visiting Humanities Committee and Educational Council.
