Dr Pawan Kumar Goenka, a globally recognised thought leader in the automotive industry, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. He is also a National Council Member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chairman of the CII Manufacturing Council, and Chairman of the Board of Governors of IIT Madras.
Dr Pawan Goenka is Ex-President of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the Society of Automotive Engineers India (SAEIndia), and the ARAI Governing Council. He has also served as a Board Member of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
Dr Goenka has earned his B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and PhD from Cornell University, USA. He is also a Graduate of Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School.
