The decision was made by the company's Board of Directors through a resolution passed on March 8, 2024. This allocation is a result of the exercise of stock options granted under the Landmark Cars Limited Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2018.
The auto reseller, which was listed last December, said total expenses fell nearly 9% to 7.55 billion rupees.
