Vineet Sahni has been associated with Lumax for over a decade now. He joined as the CEO of Lumax Industries Limited in May 2013 and was later elevated to his current role of Group CEO in April 2020. In another development, Sanjay Athavale, AVP and Corporate Purchase Head, Lumax Auto Technologies, and Atul Jain, EVP Corporate Purchase, have also quit the organization.
The goal of the Lumax European Technical Centre (LETC) is to provide future and advanced technological development of automotive lighting solutions for the Indian market, the company said.
For fiscal year 21, revenue dropped by 11 per cent to Rs 1,426 crore from Rs 1,602 crore in FY20 due to nationwide lockdown in the first quarter.
