The company's engineering business offers components for wind energy, power generations and the infrastructure sectors. They are also the leading manufacturers of a heavy duty CNC machines like CNC Gear Hobbing, shaping and shaving machines and many other machines. The company started with the utility segment with the country's first most fuel efficient SUV called the RiO that was compact and was available in diesel as well as petrol variants. The company's plant is spread across 27 acres, and now serves as the centralized research, development and manufacturing for all the types of activities. The models that the company has assembled includes: Dodge Kingsway, Plymouth Savoy, Plymouth Belvedere, Fiat 1100, Fiat Uno and Peugeot 309. The company has more than 8000 employees serving to the needs of their customers. The company has sold their Mumbai plant. They now operate from their Pune Machine Tool Plant. They have now expanded and modernized their plant with an investment of Rs 3 billion investment. They have also started the heavy engineering division. They plan to re-enter the auto business with pickup, truck and van. This way it creates a new market segment that is: Compact SUV and RiO.
