Automakers' obsession to name PVs ending with 'O'

April 04, 2017, 23:22 ISTVolkswagen Polo brand globally has been in existence since 1975. However, India got the Volkswagen Polo hatch only in 2009. Currently the company sells the standard variant of Polo, performance variant (Polo GT) and the Polo Cross in India. Volkswagen Polo has also been one of the most successful car for the Indian arm of the German car maker.
