Passenger vehicle sales to cross 3 million for the first time in FY17
December 31, 2016, 09:21 ISTA sharp pickup that the market is witnessing of late is boosting the confidence of automakers. After an impressive July, passenger vehicle sales in August are estimated to have grown 11-12% to 2.45-2.50 lakh, led primarily by strong demand for vehicles from Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai Motor India.
