New launches in 2015 which caught customers' attention
Ford Figo Aspire - August 12
December 15, 2015, 23:10 ISTAmerican automaker Ford India's Figo Aspire was the second most selling compact sedan in the month of its launch - August.
Figo Aspire was able to accelerate past the long timers like Hyundai Xcent, Honda Amaze, Toyota Etios and Tata Zest, which sold 3,202, 3,260, 2,652, and 2,006 respectively.
For the same month, it was among the top 10 selling passenger cars list.
The car single handedly helped the automaker turn the corner and help it post a decent growth in the month (53 percent) from a 14 percent fall in sales in July.
In fact, it was the biggest gainer during the month in terms of the percentage growth experienced.
