December 03, 2015, 08:58 ISTA major requirement of the people with special needs, is the ability to be able to move around independently. This unique car here is a step towards that goal . Built by KLD Energy technologies, 'Kenguru' was recently displayed at Rehacare 2015 trade fair, a event for those people who have special needs, which was held at Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre in Germany.
