Honda had unveiled the Accord Hybrid at the 2016 Auto Expo and this car will hit the Indian markets later this year. The Accord hybrid is uniquely styled and retuned with perfection and sophistication. The Accord hybrid is likely to come in one trim featuring an industry-first two-motor hybrid system, which uses one motor to accelerate from a dead stop and second to start the engine. The hybrid comes with a 2.0L Atkinson cycle 16-valve DOHC i-VTEC engine with Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD) and Intelligent Power Unit (IPU) consisting of a 1.3kW Li-ion battery.
