Royal Dutch Shell - BG Group for $72.8 billion
December 07, 2015, 00:03 ISTIn April, Anglo-Dutch energy giant Royal Dutch Shell announced to buy Britain's BG Group for $72.8 billion, in a bid to close the gap on the world's biggest oil major, US ExxonMobil.
Shell hopes to complete the deal early next year.
