While releasing the video of TUV300, chairman & Managing director of the company, Anand Mahindra, tweeted "TOUGH IS WHAT TOUGH DOES !Here's the TV Ad of the new Mahindra #TUV300 starring Prabhas. Baahubali in our Baahubali!"
Indian utility vehicle manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra has roped in Dilwale starrer Varun Dhawan to endorse its yet to be launched micro SUV KUV100.

KUV100 aims at customers below the age of 30, and it stands for Kool Utility Vehicle.

Keeping in mind the Kool quotient of the younger generation, which accounts for around 60% of the population, the company has associated a new, young Bollywood actor with the vehicle.

Popular Hindi film actress Kareena Kapoor is the brand ambassador of the entire PowerScooters (Rodeo, duro, and Flyte) range of Mahindra Scooters.

During late 2010, her first campaign with the company came out for Mahindra Rodeo. The actress was also seen riding a Mahindra scooter in her film 3 idiots.

Anoop Mathur, president, Two Wheeler Sector and member, group executive board, Mahindra & Mahindra said, "We are delighted to have Kareena Kapoor on-board as brand ambassador for our entire range of PowerScooters. She has a strong connect with the youth, who are inspired by her hard work, discipline and natural acting talent."
Recently in July 2015, French auto major Renault signed Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor as its brand ambassador to promote its range of vehicles in India.

The partnership is timed with Renault's next phase of growth in India, as Renault is looking to significantly increase its presence pan India.

Earlier another Bollywood Actor Anil Kapoor had promoted Renault India's hatchback Pulse.
India's largest automobile manufacturer by value Tata Motors has signed football player star Lionel Messi as its global brand ambassador to promote and endorse its passenger vehicles.

To start with, Tata Motors will first roll-out the association campaign, #madeofgreat, starring Lionel Messi.

This is the first time ever that the passenger vehicle business will be undertaking an overall brand association campaign with a brand ambassador.

Two and three wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor company has roped in Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan as "Brand Philosophy Evangelist" for its popular scooterette 'Jupiter'.

This is for the first time that Amitabh Bachchan would be endorsing an automotive brand in the two-wheeler space.

"Amitabh Bachchan is held in high esteem in the hearts of India. He embodies the fact that success comes from talent that is nourished with great diligence, character and the spirit of wanting to do 'zyada'," TVS Motor President & CEO K N Radhakrishnan said.

Leading bicycle manufacturer Hero Cycles in June 2015 roped in Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor as its brand ambassador.

The company also launched a limited edition sports cycle - AK edition, named after the upcoming actor.

"We are ecstatic that youth icon Arjun Kapoor, is now associated with us and will represent our brand and its ethics in the public and media," said Hero Cycles Co-Chairman and MD Pankaj Munjal.

Only 3,000 units of AK Edition sports cycles would be available for sale across the country, Munjal said.
