Renault Triber - All you need to know
Renault India has unveiled the much awaited Triber seven-seater MPV in India that is expected to launch in second half of 2019. It has been designed in line with the modern Renault cars and is loaded with attractive features. Expected to be priced competitive against rival like Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, this could be a winner in the segment.
Renault Triber is based on the same CMF-A platform that underpins the Renault Kwid hatchback.
With 3,990 mm length and 2,636 mm wheelbase, the MPV offers generous space and comfort to the occupants. Its 182 mm of round clearance ensures the Triber can tackle rough patches and potholes easily.
Renault Triber gets a black and compact dashboard with a touchscreen with Android Auto connectivity. Complemented by the rotary dials it gives a premium vibe.
Renault Triber offers ample space with its seven-seat configuration. The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Datsun Go+ rivaling MPV comes with 625-litre capacity of boot space (with second and third row seats folded).
Renault Triber will come powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine that powers Clio and Sandero. Available with 5-speed manual gearbox and an AMT, this engine churns out 73 PS of power and 96 Nm of peak torque.
