Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd was established in the year 2008 and has its headquarters in Pune. It is a group venture owned by Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M), which manufactures scooters and motorcycles. It happened when the latter acquired the business assets of Kinetic Motor Company Limited. The company has a manufacturing facility at Pithampur, near Indore in Madhya Pradesh. Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited has a Research and Development unit located at Chinchwad, Pune, equipped with necessary design and development facilities right from renderings to prototype manufacture and testing. The company has a 200 strong vendor network spread across the nation with more than 300 dealers creating 700 touch points. The products that are still being produced are: Duro DZ, Gusto 125, Gusto 110 and Rodeo. In the motorcycle section: Centuro XT, Centuro NXT, Centura Disk Break, Centuro Rockstar, Mojo 300. Their high performance and innovative products are a manifestation of the strong technological capabilities that have been developed at our highly advanced R&D Centre at Pune. It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to develop world-class products. The company has several talented engineers and designers, the Mahindra Two Wheelers R&D facility is headed by two-wheeler experts who lead various futuristic technology and product development projects. All our products are manufactured at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Their products have received wide-spread recognition from both leading auto experts and consumers.
